::Was a bit disappointed with this service despite the rates they charge. Was great to have Tanco meet me at the airport, he was good. However, upon getting to Freetown the booked driver never arrived and I had to sort another taxi out in the middle of the night. Over the course of the week I asked three or four times for a refund as was promised by VSL however this never materialised. Generally people seem to have had a good experience with VSL but mine wasn't as great. They were helpful in arranging the ferry tickets and all you have to do is show up and things are sorted out. The convenience of this cannot be understated. Especially helpful if it's one of your first times to SL or a similarly chaotic environment.
