    A great ride for a very reasonable price. The only problem is knowing the hours. I rode at 8pm, though it also goes at 4:30 and some other times.

    It serves its purpose, but you must beware of pickpockets, especially when boarding or disembarking a ferry. The best place to wait is down some treacherous old steps under an old tree. You can also board a speedboat from this area if you don't want to wait for the next ferry. It is convenient if you are trying to continue on towards Waterloo, but if you are heading into central Freetown, try to use the NASSIT ferry to Government Wharf instead.
